Frozen taquitos cook for varying lengths of time based on the brand, the type of filling and the tortilla. El Monterey corn-tortilla taquitos with chicken take 12 minutes in a 400-degree oven, while the same brand's Southwest chicken taquitos take 15 minutes. Delimex brand beef taquitos take 11 minutes.
Whole Foods 365-brand taquitos take 17 minutes at 350 degrees. Homemade tortillas that are slightly undercooked before freezing take about 8 minutes at 450 degrees to finish cooking and get crispy. Regardless of the filling or if the taquitos are a store-bought brand or homemade, taquitos should cook long enough in the oven to reach 165 degrees on the inside.
