How Long Does Cooked Pork Last in the Fridge?

Cooked pork can be safely stored for three to four days in the refrigerator. The United States Department of Agriculture recommends a refrigerated temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

The USDA recommends that pork be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for whole cuts of meat such as chops and roasts. Ground pork mixtures and organ meats should be cooked to a minimum of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked pork may retain its pink color even after reaching the minimum recommended temperature. Partially cooked meat should never be returned to the refrigerator due to the possibility of harmful bacteria remaining in the food.
