How Do You Log in to V23 on the SLDCADA Website?

To log in to V23 from the SLDCADA website, NADP employees must have a Common Access Card. The employee must first log in to the SLDCADA site using their Common Access Card, then choose the “V23 login” option to enter their hours for payroll. The SLDCADA site is only accessible using Internet Explorer.

Information and specific assistance on accessing and using the SLDCADA website and V23 area is provided only through direct supervisors. Employees use the system to enter time and attendance, and the system is monitored by the command POC and the employees’ supervisor. Supervisors may change employees’ schedules as needed at their own discretion. It takes between two and three weeks from an employee’s start date to receive a Common Access Card, and in the interim, supervisors handle time and attendance for the employee.

New employees must maintain an eight-hour schedule through one pay cycle. If an employee experiences difficulty with the SLDCADA website or V23 link, he should contact his supervisor first, prior to trouble-shooting on his own. If the supervisor cannot solve the issue, the employee must contact his local POC.

This system is only used to record time and attendance. Changes to tax documents and personal information should be made by the employee in the “MyPay” system, and certified by his supervisor.
