How Do You Locate Your Groupon Order ID?
To find your Groupon Order ID, you must log in to your account, click on your name in upper right corner and select My Groupons. Locate the order you wish to track. Select View Order Details. Your order number is the last nine digits of the URL.
If you are having an issue with a Groupon order, visit the FAQ section of its website before attempting to email or call a representative. Find the FAQ page by clicking the link at the bottom of the Groupon website under the More column. The company has a wide variety of help topics available in the FAQ, as well as trending questions.
