What Does the Key Combination ALT+F5 Do?

In the Microsoft Windows operating system, the key combination ALT+F5 has no default function. The F5 key, when pressed by itself, refreshes the window currently in focus.
There are a large number of key combinations for the Windows operating system. These keys perform a variety of handy functions intended to make using the computer easier. For instance, pressing the ALT and TAB keys together allows the user to switch between currently open windows, while CTL+C and CTL+V allow the user to copy and paste content between applications. ALT+F4 forces the currently selected program to close, without giving the option to save any information.
