An interior design client profile is a method used by interior designers to understand exactly what their clients are looking for, and what they expect to be delivered. A client profile usually consists of a series of questions either written or asked by the designer of the client that enables them to understand their client’s lifestyle, budget and goals for a project.

A client profile can be constructed differently based upon the designer, but may incorporate each family member in a client’s household and track what their average day is like. It helps to portray the living style of the family on a day-to-day basis.
