What Is Included in a Wynn’s Extended Care Warranty?

There are multiple coverage policies included in the Wynn’s Extended Care warranty, including component protection, comprehensive and rental reimbursement. The coverage terms range from one year or 12,000 miles to four years or 48,000 miles, whichever comes first. There are also other warranty programs offered by Wynn including the Wynn’s Plus and Wynn’s ValueCare policies.

Wynn’s Plus is a used car insurance policy that offers multiple levels of protection. The protection begins right as the vehicle is driven off the car lot and includes basic major component protection as well as comprehensive. Just as the Wynn’s Extended Care warranty, Wynn’s Plus offers towing reimbursement and roadside assistance.

Wynn’s ValueCare policy is targeted towards individuals looking to purchase older, higher-mileage used vehicles. The policy protects vehicles with less than 150,000 miles from powertrain, air conditioning, fuel system and cooling system failure. All repair services are directly paid for from Wynn’s to the repair shop. Wynn’s ValueCare policy also includes rental and towing reimbursements.

The last service offered by Wynn is GAP insurance, known as the Wynn’s/Phoenix American GAP program. GAP stands for Guaranteed Auto Protection, and is a program that protects buyers from receiving a total loss on a vehicle that is not fully paid for. If the vehicle is a total loss, individuals without GAP will have to pay the rest of the vehicle off after it is written off. However, those with a GAP policy will have the rest of the vehicle paid for by Wynn.
