Kenny Vance suffered from a tear in an artery in 2014. He was ordered by the doctors not to perform for at least eight to 12 weeks, and was asked not to put undue pressure on his vocal cords. As a result, his "Holdiay Doo Wop" event was cancelled.
Kenny Vance is one of the founding members of "Jay and the Americans." He is a music producer, songwriter and singer. "Looking for an Echo," "Let's Lock the Door," "The Magic Moment," "Walkin' in the Rain" and "I Only Have Eyes for You" are some well-known songs attributed to Kenny Vance.
