Hair caramelizing refers to a trending style of using shades of brown to color, highlight, downlight and add streaks and ribbons of color to brown and blonde tones of hair. Caramelizing uses a blend of colors with delicious names like cinnamon, cream, tangerine and caramel to create a caramelized look.
Caramelizing isn't as much about a process or procedure as it is about a choice of color. The term is just a way of referring to a select group of colors that are being used for specialized hair coloring procedures.
The blend of colors used for caramelizing makes hair color pop. Caramelizing is a style and a look based on a grouping of colors.
