What Are Some Good Drink Recipes From “Bar Rescue”?
Some good recipes from “Bar Rescue” include the Bay City recipe, the Golden Gate recipe and the Horizon recipe. Other drink mixes are the Top Floor recipe and the High Rise Collins recipe.
To make the Bay City cocktail, gather 1 1/2 ounce of Crown Royal, 3/4 ounce of lemon juice and 3/4 ounce of rosemary honey. To make the rosemary honey, mix equal parts honey and water together and toss in 2 to 3 sprigs of rosemary, sealing the mixture and allowing it to infuse for at least one whole day. Combine these ingredients in a shaker with ice before shaking and straining the mix into a rocks glass over some ice. Garnish the drink with a rosemary sprig, and serve immediately.
To make the Golden Gate cocktail, gather 1 1/2 ounce of Bulleit Bourbon, 1/2 ounce of orange juice, 1 ounce of grenadine and 3/4 ounce of lemon juice. Shake these ingredients in a shaker with ice. and strain them into a coupe glass. Garnish the drink with a cherry, and serve.
To make a Horizon cocktail, gather 1 1/2 ounce of Crown Apple, 3/4 ounce of pineapple juice and 1/2 ounce of lemon juice. Shake these in a shaker with ice, and strain them over ice in a rocks glass, garnishing with grated cinnamon.
