Timberline 30 shingles weigh 240 to 250 pounds per square and have a have a 30-year warranty. Timberline 40 shingles weigh 260 to 270 pounds per square and come with a 40-year warranty. Timberline HD shingles weigh 360 pounds per square and have a lifetime warranty.
