The Ford X-Plan, also called the Partner Recognition Program, is a purchase program for new Ford vehicles that reduces the cost of purchasing or leasing most Ford models. It is offered to the employees and retirees of select partner companies, applying to their spouses and household members as well.
As of 2014, there are more than 3,300 partners whose employees are eligible for X-Plan pricing. Most Ford and Lincoln vehicles are X-Plan applicable, but there is no permanent list of approved vehicles, so local U.S. dealerships must be contacted for more information on specific models. The Fordpartners.com website allows employees of participating companies to view possible saving and plan specifics before arriving on the lot.
