As of 2014, several fonts closely resemble the Barbie logo, a registered trademark of Mattel, Inc., including Brush Script, Barbie Medium Italic and Dollie Script. Because of the logo’s trademark, the exact font used in its creation is not available for public use.

Barbie-style fonts can be found on a variety of free and paid font websites, including My Fonts, Eagle Fonts and Name that Font. These fonts, which have different usage licenses, are available in different types, such as bitmap, outline and stroke. Commonly used fonts, such as Brush Script, are sometimes pre-installed in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. The Barbie logo has been revamped several times since the doll’s introduction in 1959.
