Flexsteel furniture is made in manufacturing facilities located in Arkansas, California, Georgia, Iowa, Mississippi and Juarez, Mexico. The Flexsteel Industries, Inc. headquarters is located in Dubuque, Iowa.

Flexsteel Industries incorporated in 1929, and it is one of the oldest and largest furniture manufacturers in the United States. Flexsteel manufactures residential and commercial upholstered and wooden furniture, including sofas, love seats, chairs, recliners, sofa beds, desks, tables and bedroom furniture.

Flexsteel has one wholly owned subsidiary, DMI Furniture, Inc., an importer and marketer of residential and commercial office furniture. DMI is based in Louisville, Kentucky, with warehouses in Indiana and manufacturing sources in Asia.
