How Do You Email Your Kaiser Permanente Doctor?

Emailing a Kaiser Permanente Doctor requires having a Kaiser Permanente account and log-in information. Once logged in, emailing a doctor is done through the message center.

  1. Sign in to the Kaiser account

    The main page at has a log-in screen where a username and password must be entered.

  2. Go to My Health Manager

    Under the title “My Health Manager,” there are five options, including “My Message Center.”

  3. Go to My Message Center

    Once “My Message Center” is clicked on, there is a list of email options on the left-hand side, including “E-Mail My Doctor.”

  4. Go to Email My Doctor

    Once “Email My Doctor” is clicked on, another page comes up where “Email My Doctor” will be clicked on again.

  5. Continue to Email My Doctor

    One more page comes up asking to make sure that emailing a doctor is the right option. Click on the button that reads “Continue to Email My Doctor.”

  6. Choose the doctor and write the message

    There is a drop-down menu at the bottom of the page where all personal doctors are listed. Choose one, then write the subject in the subject box, and compose an email in the box below it. Attach an image if necessary by clicking the browse button. Then click “Send” when finished with the email.
