After the death of Elvis Presley in 1977, the McCormick Distilling Company obtained a license to create liquor bottle figurines in the image of Presley. The Portrait of Elvis decanter series was issued between 1977 and 1980. The five decanters depict Elvis at various stages of his career. A unique feature of these McCormick Elvis decanters is that they stand atop a music box that plays a popular Elvis song.
