What Do the Different Colors of Orbs Mean?
Orbs are spheres of transparent light that are commonly seen in photographs and videos taken in supposedly haunted locations. They are commonly believed to be ghosts or spirits in the form of light. Orbs appear in many different colors, and each color is associated with a different spiritual existence or message.
In some ghost-hunting circles, clear orbs are commonly interpreted as a sign that a spirit wants to communicate. It may want to convey that some sort of significant event occurred in that location and that it needs help getting past it.
Orbs that are a white or silver color signify peaceful, benevolent spirits. White orbs may mean that the spirit is here to protect the people in that location. Black orbs are perceived by some as being dark or evil, but that is not necessarily the case. However, it is commonly accepted that locations with black or brown orbs may be unsafe or have a negative aura. Brown orbs are heavily connected to the earth and associated with strong, grounding spirits. Orange orbs are affiliated with belonging, safety and security. Locations with orange orbs are known to be safe, with spirits who take on a protective role. Red orbs give off a burning, intense energy. Green orbs are strongly connected to nature and plants and mark locations as being abundant and healthy. Blue orbs represent psychic energy and are connected to heaven. Locations with blue orbs are known to be calming, and it is believed that spirits act as a guide in these locations.
Although there is quite a bit of data that has been collected on ghost orbs, much of the known information is based on theory rather than science. There is still a lot of debate as to whether orbs are actually connected to spiritual activity or if they are simply flecks of dust on a camera lens.
