The Oust air sanitizer spray could eliminate odors and disinfect hard surfaces. Some ingredients found in this product are triethylene glycol and ethanol, as noted by the National Institutes of Health. The product description claimed that it could kill bacteria that caused odors in a home. The product was also effective against the influenza A virus and H1N1, according to SC Johnson. Oust sanitizer spray was designed for toilets, trash cans and countertops.
