How Do You Create a Ymail Account?
To create a Ymail account, visit the Yahoo website, click the envelope icon near the top-right corner of the screen, click Create Account, and input the required information as instructed by the text in each box, then click Create Account again. The process takes just a few minutes.

Navigate to the Yahoo website
Open your Web browser, type www.yahoo.com and press Enter.

Initiate account creation
Click on the sealed envelope icon or Mail near the top-right corner of the Yahoo home page. On the next screen, click Create Account near the bottom of the sign-in box

Input first and last name
On the top row, enter your first and last name in separate boxes as instructed by the box labels.

Choose a username
Type your desired username for your Yahoo e-mail address. The username is permanent and is visible to all of your contacts. If a name you select is unavailable, Yahoo displays a drop-down box with related names that are available.

Select a password
Create a password in the box below. The password must pass the Yahoo standards of security, which are represented by a red or green bar under the password box. In order to gain Yahoo’s approval, choose a password that is at least eight characters long, and follow the recommendations under the password box.

Input additional information
Enter your full phone number, date of birth and gender.

Accept the terms and finalize
Read the Yahoo Terms and Privacy agreement. If you agree with both documents, click Create Account.
