How Could One Check a Order Status?

As of July 2015, a customer can check the status of his order by signing into his account and clicking on Order Status. The page displays current orders, past orders and returns.

Depending on the order’s status, the customer may be able to modify or cancel it. Order modification options include changing the recipient address, changing the payment method or changing the type of shipping. If QVC has shipped the order, the customer can view the tracking information on the order status page. The customer must have a account with a password to view order status information online.
