Costa Del Mar sunglasses frames are made in either Taiwan, China, Japan or Mauritius, depending on frame style. Sunglasses are finished with lenses in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Costa Del Mar configures over 1,500 combinations of sunglasses based on frame style and color, lens quality and lens color. The four manufacturing companies each specialize in production materials. For example, the Taiwan manufacturer makes frames for the Corbina and Blackfin models because of its expertise with a rubber that sticks when wet. Lenses, added to the frames by hand, are available in plastic or glass and come in a variety of colors. Costa Del Mar provides a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
