How Do You Cook Pork Sirloin Chops?
Cooking pork sirloin chops is a matter of personal preference, but individuals can bake, grill or saute them on the stove. There are also many different ways to coat the meat, including breading, sauces and seasonings.
To saute the chops, heat oil and butter in a pan, and then place the meat in the pan. The chops should cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. If they are coated in flour, they will turn golden brown in color. If not, the meat will be an off-white color. Grilling the pork chops requires them to go on the grill. Marinate the meat for 1-2 hours and then place on a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes per side. To make baked chops tasty, marinate or bread them. Coat the pork chops and then brown them in an oven-safe skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Move the skillet to a preheated oven and cook for about 25 minutes.
