As of 2015, Verizon customer support can be contacted 24 hours per day at 1-800-837-4966. Other contact options such as live chat and community forums are available on its support site, www.verizon.com/support. Verizon can be contacted on Twitter at @Verizon.
To access Verizon’s live chat, navigate to the support site and click Contact Us. Choose the service and type of question and click Chat With Us. Type name, phone number, state and the question. A Verizon representative will join the chat.
