The components of a civilization are made up of the attitudes toward religion, economics, health and politics. A civilization is defined as a group of people who are working toward several common goals with the same interests in mind for themselves and other people among a geographical area that includes structures, governments and necessities.
The culture of a certain area or a certain group of people can be used to help describe their civilization, but a civilization is more than just the culture of certain people. Civilization is used to name a group of people who have common interests and common attitudes toward things that include employment and education. A civilized culture is able to function on its own on a societal level through the use of internal government agencies, agriculture and production.
Civilizations can be different from country to country and can even be different in various areas of the country that they are in. For example, people can see definitive differences between the United States and Mexico. The civilization in the U.S. is not the same throughout. There are groups of people who live in large cities like New York. It can be concluded that these people are a different type of civilization than the people who live in small communities in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia and Tennessee.
