Colgate has been a member of the Patriot League athletic conference since 1990. The other nine institutions that make up this league are American University, Boston University, Bucknell University, The College of the Holy Cross, Lafayette College, Lehigh University, Loyola University-Maryland, the U.S. Army (West Point) and the U.S. Navy (Annapolis).
