The support section of Charter Communications’ website, Charter.com, provides programming codes for each of the company’s universal remotes. The support page has a list of the remotes in service. Select the applicable remote model to view a drop-down list of codes for specific devices.
To program Charter Communications remotes, hold down the desired device button and the Select button simultaneously. Once the LED on the remote lights up, release the buttons, and enter the proper device code. The device turns off once the correct code has been entered. After entering the proper code, press the device button again to save the code.
