How Do You Clean a London Fog Coat?

You can get satisfactory results washing the coat at home if you follow the care label instructions explicitly. Pretreat any stains on the coat
Check the London Fog trench coat for any significant stains, and spray the area with a stain remover spray. Or, dab on a little detergent, and rub gently into the stain. Let it sit for a few minutes before washing.

Set your washer to cold and delicate
Place your London Fog trench coat in the washing machine on the cold water setting. Use the delicate cycle if you have that option on your machine.

Tumble dry on low
Remove the London Fog trench coat from the washing machine when the cycle is completed, and place it in the dryer. Set the dryer to a low tumble dry. If your coat is not fully dry after the cycle, lay it out on a clothesline or flat surface in sunlight to finish drying.
