According to a forum post on Telus.com, phone books are managed by the Yellow Pages Digital and Media Solutions Limited. On YellowPages.ca, customers are advised to order a telephone directory by calling 1-800-268-5637 or by filling out the form at https://delivery.yp.ca.
Residential directories are delivered upon request in certain areas, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and several other large cities. Residential listings in other areas are included in the Yellow Pages directory.
For quick access to published Canadian, U.S. and international phone numbers, Telus advises its customers to use Directory Assistance; dial 411 to obtain Canadian and U.S. listings, and dial 0 for international listings. Free directory search is available on the Canada411 website.
