The Globe and Mail obituaries can be read in the Deaths section on the newspaper's website. Death notices are also available on that page. According to the Globe and Mail, the obituary page is the most likely page in the newspaper to be kept, framed and shared.
The Globe and Mail says they take great care not to make any mistakes when publishing obituaries because so many people take pride in a friend or relative being featured in that section. However, mistakes do happen. This is sometimes because facts about the dead person can be difficult to check or because two conflicting recollections can be shared by two different loved ones.
