As of 2015, a limited amount of Oklahoma District Court records can be searched for free. The court search system provides records from participating courts while also providing advanced search tools and information for a fee.
The ODCR court records system provides free searches across a number of public court records. Utilizing a search form, visitors can conduct searches of all courts at once, district courts only, individual courts, name searches, case number searches, date range searches and court docket information. Additionally, users can search an extensive list of case types, including civil cases, criminal cases, family and domestic cases, and grand jury proceedings and more. Advanced tools and information, such as case and party monitoring, search history and ability to view scanned document images are available for a fee.
