By using the online resources provided by Florida Virtual School, or FLVS, students can find answers to their assignments. Students are required to submit only original work, using only the resources provided by the school.
FLVS offers online courses for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Established in 1997, it was the first online public high school in the United States. One of the benefits of enrolling in FLVS is the flexibility it offers. Students may choose to enroll either part-time or full-time and can enroll at any time of the year. They are also able to set their own learning pace, which enables them to accelerate their studies and finish courses earlier than usual. Tuition is free to all Florida residents and is offered to out-of-state students at a cost.
