Can You Download Emoticons for Lotus Notes?

By default, Lotus Notes (or IBM Notes, which took over and renamed the software in 2012) has a handful of built-in emoticons that can be accessed from the compose window toolbar. Additional emoticons can also be downloaded and added from Software Informer.
Software Informer recommends six different emoticon packages for use with Lotus Notes and its messaging service, SameTime. As of July 2015, the recommended downloads for Lotus Notes were Animated Messenger Emoticons, Smileycons, Emoticons Mail, Pretty Animated Icons and Incredimail. All of these programs are designed to integrate with email and messaging software and their associated icons are available in Lotus Notes through the compose toolbar.
