As of January 2012, Brian Orser has not been married yet, but he has been in a relationship with Rajesh Tiwari for four years. Orser was forced to come out about his homosexuality when his ex-boyfriend Craig Leask sued him for palimony in 1998.
Born on Dec. 18, 1961 in Belleville, Ontario, Brian Ernest Orser is a retired professional figure skater. He won the silver Olympic medal twice in his prime, in 1984 and 1988. He then went on to coach two skaters, Kim Yuna and Yuzuru Hanyu, to win the Olympic gold medal. Orser had initially feared that the disclosure of his sexuality would affect his career, but he later admitted that his fears were unfounded as support from the public and other skaters poured in.
