What Are the Beliefs of the Apostolic Faith?
Some of the primary beliefs of the Apostolic faith include the beliefs that marriage is for life; the divine healing of sickness is achieved through atonement; there is only one God, who is the creator of heaven, earth and all living things; and the Bible is the inspired word of God. Other common beliefs in the Apostolic faith are that the Divine Trinity consists of three individuals, including God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Ghost, perfectly united as one.
The doctrine of the Apostolic Church shares similarities among many evangelical churches. Examples include the unity of the Godhead and distinctions between the members of Trinity. Another belief is that salvation is the act of God’s grace and consists of deliverance from sin and uprightness through Jesus Christ’s blood.
