Weight Watchers says that a healthy 5-foot-3-inch woman should weigh between 113 and 141 pounds.

WebMD uses a more complicated calculation that takes into account age, height, waist circumference and muscle mass to determine healthy weights. Using the WebMD calculator, a 30-year-old, 5-foot-3-inch woman who weighs 141 pounds is at the upper boundary for a healthy weight.
