The advantages of globalization include employment and education while the disadvantages include loss of culture and health issues. Globalization brings countries together to trade and do business with each other.

Employment is an advantage of globalization because companies often look toward developing countries to gain a work force. Also, people willing to migrate have the opportunity to get a better job. Education is an advantage, too, because people can get free quality healthcare in other countries. Health issues are considered a disadvantage because they can spread so quickly under globalization. Loss of culture is a problem as well since people often adopt the culture of wherever they travel to and reside in.
