How Do You Activate Your AT&T MicroCell?
To activate your AT&T MicroCell device, navigate to ATT.com/MicroCell. Scroll down and click the Activate icon. Two options, including Personal Account and Business Account, appear above the icon. Assuming that you have a personal account, click the button for Personal Account.
On the Login page, enter your myAT&T login credentials. If you don’t already have an AT&T account, click Register Now at the right-hand side of the login page to register for an account. You need to provide your wireless number and billing ZIP code to register for online account management of your wireless service.
Once logged in, read the Terms & Conditions and click the Next button. On the next page, read the license agreement and click the Next button. Enter the serial number of your device, which you can find at the bottom of the device. The serial number is the series of characters after the label “S/N.” Click the Next button to continue.
Enter identification information and your location, and click the Next button. The setup information of your device appears on this page. Review the information and if it is correct, click the Submit button to submit your activation request. The activation process of your MicroCell takes about 90 minutes to complete.
