Consumers can access an AT&T GoPhone account through the official myAT&T for GoPhone mobile app and online site. To access the account a consumer must have the GoPhone wireless phone number, as well as a four digit password. Registration through the mobile app or website is required for access.
Consumers have a few different options to obtain the myAT&T for GoPhone app. The app is available in the Windows Phone Store, the Apple App Store and through Google Play. Consumers can also text APP to 8758 to obtain a link to download the app, and scanning the QR code with the phone also provides a link to download.
Once a customer has registered for myAT&T, he gains access to the GoPhone account history and balance. Consumers can also use their account to refill their phone minutes, change their rate plan and set up an auto refill function. Adding packages to a plan and checking data usage is also available through myAT&T for GoPhone.
The AT&T GoPhone plan is a prepaid calling plan that requires no credit check and does not require an annual contract. Customers receive service through the entire AT&T network with a 4G LTE signal. Obtaining a Mobile Hotspot for wireless Internet access is also available through a GoPhone plan.
