How Do You Access the MyWinn-Dixie Enterprise Portal?
Current employees of Winn-Dixie, Bi-Lo, Southeastern Grocers and Harvey’s can access the MyWinn-Dixie portal at MyWinn-Dixie.com. As of 2015, employees can call the Human Resources Call Center at 855-473-6763 to report login difficulties.
Retail associates can log in via the Click Here link under the Store Team Login heading on the home page. The employee must provide an employee number and password to access the portal. The employee number is entered without the leading zeros. Employees can click the Forgot Password link under the Log On button for password assistance.
Store and field support associates can access the MyWinn-Dixie portal via the Click Here link under the Support Center Login heading on the home page. A previously established username and password is required. Both login links prompt the user with a security question asking if the user’s computer is public or private.
Previous store employees can access W-2 information online at PaperlessEmployee.com. W-2s are accessible by entering a previously established username and password, or by creating a new account. A list of frequently asked questions is available by clicking the Help link located under the sign in boxes. Existing account holders can click the User ID or Password link for help with forgotten log in information.
