A healthy diet includes plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits and low-fat or fat-free dairy products. Lean cuts of meat, poultry and fish are excellent sources of protein, and whole-grains, including brown rice, whole-wheat bread, bran and oats, are rich in essential vitamins and minerals.
Other considerations for those with gallbladder problems include drinking caffeinated coffee and alcohol in moderation, explains WebMD.
