More severe allergic reactions to acrylic dentures include fatigue, pain, food allergies, headaches and sinusitis, notes the International Center for Nutritional Research. Other dental materials such as crowns, fillings and denture frameworks may cause these types of reactions. Toxicity of dental materials could be responsible for allergies to dental implants.
