To cancel a monthly pass to Weight Watchers, email or write a letter to the company that includes your name, contact information, identification number, reason for cancellation and any additional details necessary. To cancel online, log into your account, and navigate to Help or Account Settings page to cancel.
- Write a cancellation request letter
Start the letter with your name, address, telephone number and email address. Include your monthly pass number, which is on the card, and provide the reason for your cancellation. If you are entitled to a refund, provide additional details to support your request.
- Visit the company's website
Go to the Help section of the Weight Watcher's website to find information on canceling your membership. Review the cancellation requirements and the refund policy, and cancel your membership by contacting customer service. Refunds are not available for the current month, but you can request refunds for any future months that may have already been charged. Under special circumstances, such as pregnancy, disability or location closure, you can request a refund for the current month.
