To track an order with Thirty-One, open the shipment notification email you received when the order shipped. Click the Track my UPS Package(s) link to see the latest tracking status updates.
If you can’t locate your shipment confirmation email, or if your consultant placed the order for you, contact your consultant, and ask him to look up the tracking information for you. Your consultant’s name is on your Hostess Summary or Guests Order Summary if you hosted a show. Once you receive your order, you may contact your consultant within 90 days if the order does not meet your expectations. You are only allowed to return personalized products if there is a defect in manufacturing or if Thirty-One deems the return appropriate. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate, the refund is returned on a gift certificate as well. If you purchase an item as part of a monthly special and decide to return it but no longer meet the qualifying purchase amount, expect to be charged the full retail price for the monthly special item.
