Submitting a warranty claim to LifeProof requires selecting a product and describing the issue. Users can submit a claim online or by phone. Submitting a claim does not mean the company will provide a refund or replacement.
From the LifeProof homepage, click on the "Support" tab at the top of the page to begin the claim submitting process.

- Enter customer information
Under the support tab, click "Warranty."
Click on the product. Choices include Apple cases, LifeActive accessories and Samsung cases. Users can also select the appropriate product by entering in the order number.
Select the product color and describe the issue. Provide as many details as possible about the product's faults. Enter the serial number and purchase date. Click "Next."
Enter the information in the spaces provided. All information is required. Click "Submit."
Customers who don't have or cannot find their serial number or purchase date can call LifeProof support at 888-533-0735 for assistance. LifeProof cases and accessories are guaranteed for 30 days and refunds generally take from 1 to 3 weeks to process. Every refund is subject to a $5 charge for a return shipping label. LifeProof items not purchased on the company's website should be returned to the place of purchase.
