Does Starbucks Support Planned Parenthood?

Starbucks is among the many companies that publicly support Planned Parenthood. In many of these companies, including Starbucks, if an employee makes a donation to Planned Parenthood, the company matches the amount of money the employee has donated.
Due to Starbucks’ public support of Planned Parenthood, many pro-life groups have organized boycotts of the business. In 2012, the National Organization for Marriage organized a boycott against Starbucks after an executive expressed support for same-sex marriage. The organization collected 22,000 signatures expressing its support for the boycott. However, 640,000 people signed a separate petition thanking Starbucks for supporting the legalization of same-sex marriage.
