How Do You Redeem Citi ThankYou Points?
As of 2015, to redeem Citi ThankYou points online, go to thankyou.com, sign in to your account, select a reward from a category, and complete the checkout process. You can also redeem points by calling the ThankYou Service Center at 1-800-THANKYOU.

Use your CitiBank account information to sign in to your account at thankyou.com.

Select a reward
The main page has a list of all the rewards categories. Choose a category that interests you, and browse the rewards in that category. You can also search for rewards with a specific range of points, or use the search tool to find a specific item. Add one or more rewards to your wishlist or cart. If you cannot find a specific reward, use the link for the Points Concierge to make a request. Certain rewards, such as the student loan rebate or mortgage payment reward, are only available by phone.

Place an order
Once you have added an item to your cart, click the shopping cart link to complete the checkout process. You are also able to checkout from your wishlist. Points for the reward are deducted from your account, and any remaining points can be used towards another reward. Redeem points as often as you like.
