How Do You Pay Your Pier 1 Imports Credit Card Bill?
Pay a Pier 1 Rewards credit card bill online, by phone, by mail or at any Pier 1 Imports store in the United States. To make an online payment, use a U.S. bank account.
Payments made online before 6 p.m. ET post to the account the same day. Payments made after 6 p.m. ET post the following day. Online payment service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Customers looking to make a same-day payment after 6 p.m. ET should call customer service at 800-767-3662. A fee may be charged for making a payment over the phone.
Make a payment by mail by writing the account number on a check or money order and mailing it to Comenity Bank, P.O. Box 659617, San Antonio, Texas, 78265-9617 along with the bill stub. Pay at the register in any U.S. Pier 1 Imports store using cash, a check or a money order.
As of 2015, access Pier 1 Rewards credit card account management online by visiting Pier1.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page. There, click on Manage Account, and register for online access by following the prompts or log in with an existing username and password.
