How Do You Pay Your Bill at Nissan Finance?
Customers may pay their NMAC bills online at the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation’s official website or by using the company’s SignatureDirectPay automatic bank draft service. Other payment options include sending payment to the company by mail and making a one-time phone payment by calling the toll-free number.
When customers choose to pay their NMAC payments online, they must first register their accounts with NissanFinance.com. These one-time payments are subject to a convenience fee from BillMatrix, and they can be made using an electronic check or Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. When paying with an ATM or debit card, the customers financial institution must allow transactions to be processed without the use of a PIN number.
NMAC’s SignatureDirectPay service requires customers to enroll in an agreement that lets the finance company directly draft their checking or savings accounts for their payments each month on the due date. No extra charges apply for this service, and this arrangement goes into effect within 15 calendar days when buying and 10 calendar days plus five business days when leasing.
One-time phone payments to NMAC remain subject to a BillMatrix convenience fee, and accepted payment methods include electronic checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover card, as well as ATM or debit cards. Payments made before 4 p.m. are posted the same day, while payments made after 4 p.m. post on the next business day, as of March 2015.
