Jim Gibbons is the owner and CEO of Goodwill Industries, as of 2015. Gibbons earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and then attended Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has served Goodwill Industries since 2008.
Gibbons previously worked as the President and CEO for National Industries for the Blind (NIB). NIB is a nonprofit organization aimed at enhancing economic opportunities and development for people who are blind. Gibbons also held various leadership positions in Campus Wide Access Solutions, where he served as an employee for a decade. Due to his global perspective, President Obama assigned Gibbons to the White House Council for Community Solutions in 2010.
