Hilton Hotels is a brand owned by Hilton Worldwide Holdings Incorporated, an international hospitality company. As of 2010, the full name of the brand is Hilton Hotels and Resorts.

The Blackstone Group, a private equity firm, had private ownership of the brand’s parent company, Hilton Worldwide, until 2013.
